Sherlock Holmes is one of the most well known fictional detectives in the world. His popularity is due to his use of pure deduction, without any physical evidence. Sherlock Holmes 2 Tamil Dubbed Movie is a sequel to the successful 2009 film Sherlock Holmes, which was based on Sherlock's character from Arthur Conan Doyle's novels and short stories. The film stars Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law, Noomi Rapace and Stephen Fry once again this time this time as Mycroft Holmes. The story involves a young boy, Johnny, who claims to see ghostly figures in his room. He proceeds to tell Dr. Watson (Downey), Holmes (Law) and Mycroft (Fry). After an apparently haunted house owned by Mr. Anderson is purchased by Holmes' old friend John Watson's father for renovation, the three men seek help from the famous detective to help investigate why English actress Caroline Morville is being tormented by ghostly figures that are seeing her room at night. The five work together on the case to solve the mystery at hand.After initially believing Johnny's story, Watson soon begins to realize that there is more to this haunting than meets the eye. He realizes that all of the events from the haunting have been from a book, Dracula. Watson begins to suspect that Johnny is the one who orchestrated the entire haunting in order to scare his mother into moving back into their house. After confronting Johnny, Watson discovers that this is in fact the case. However, when Mycroft and Caroline attempt to put a stop to this charade at Baker Street, they realize they have become ghosts themselves after being tricked by Johnny. Meanwhile, Holmes discovers a secret room in Anderson's house containing multiple versions of himself staring at a body on a slab in a trance-like fashion. As he walks through each door, he appears in various locations at various times from different perspectives. He comes to the conclusion that someone has created a machine inside to transfer his own mind into different bodies. The next day, Watson and Holmes are invited by Anderson to join the family for dinner. Anderson reveals that he is Mycroft Holmes, Holmes' brother who is known as Sherlock's nemesis. The family was chosen to be chosen by Caroline's father so they could test whether Sherlock could truly see ghosts. However, the whole family includes the body of Sherlock himself, revealed as an android; created by his brother Mycroft himself. The two try to save Caroline before her ghostly figure turns into that of Mr. Anderson's deceased wife (his original identity). However, Caroline's ghost is revealed as a creation on the machine. Watson is able to save Caroline after she is transferred back into her own body by destroying the body of Sherlock/Mycroft on the slab - since it was his soul, but not his "wits". All of the people involved then begin to discuss if ghosts can change their situations.In a final scene of the film, Anderson reads from a book he said that he used for all of his crimes, revealing that Dracula had done everything from kidnapping Victoria Regina from 1838 to preventing President Theodore Roosevelt from being reelected in 1912.
